The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is situated right downhill from the Megellerina Port area, making it easy to go to the historical center. Although it is outside of the main attractions, the hotel offers beautiful views overlooking the Bay of Napoli. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the bar area needs attention.

The views from our room were fine, overlooking the beautiful bay. The room itself wassuper clean and cozy, with nice bed linen. The restaurant on the fifth floor served fantastic food, and the breakfast buffet was of a high standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The hotel's location near the Funicular Railway made it easy to explore the city. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend BW Signature Collection Hotel Paradiso.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from the rooftop restaurant overlooking the bay was lovely. The breakfast provided in the restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was perfect for our family, with a main bedroom and a separate room for our boys. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was helpful and polite. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was next to a funicular railway, making it easy to get down to the promenade. it was away from the noise of the promenade but still very centrally located.

This hotel has an amazing location, right on the coast and across from the mountains. The room service and housekeeping are top-notch. I appreciated the various services provided like car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. Also, the selection for the breakfast in the morning was impressive.
For families, I would highly recommend this place.
